The weight of the water displaced must equal your weight; you’re lighter but so is the water.

High dives would be interesting. I wonder if the danger of drowning in a lunar pool would be higher–it seems like the waves would be bigger and take longer to settle; there might be more water in the air at any given time. You could dive deeper without your ears hurting.

Ice could be made into pressure vessels and other structural members. It is easier to process than metals because of its low melting point and the high tensile strength of metals is not required because forces in space are relatively low.
